Yoga Instructor Bios

Abe Atachbarian has been teaching & practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. Formerly a fitness instructor, Abe was trained in the Iyengar method of yoga by Eric Small and has earned his 500-hour yoga teaching certification from Yoga Alliance.

Michelle Coleman has been practicing yoga for over 27 years and teaching for over 17 years. In that time, she has witnessed students and yoga practitioners use yoga to heal, connect to themselves and others, ask questions, and develop tools for living a mind-body connected life. She believes yoga can give us tools to help us listen to what our hearts and bodies know, a connection to an inner wisdom.

Sally Yung is a life-time learner and educator who started her yoga Journey in 2001. She is a 200-hour yoga teacher and has trained in Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga and Gentle Chair Yoga. Her classes consist of setting intentions, breathing practices, stretching, meditation, and is infused with some Tai Chi and Chinese healing techniques.
